THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN: Section l. That Section 27.04 (1) is hereby amended to read as follows: All licenses shall be for a period of one year from the date of issuance and shall expire� on the last day of the twelfth month following issuance or upon the expiration date of the liabilitv insurance policy recruired under Section 27.03 (2) of this code if earlier than the last dav of the twelfth month followina issuance or upon the expiration date of the bond reauired under Section 27.03 (1) of this code if earlier than the last dav of the twelfth month followincr issuance. Section 2. That Section 27.04 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code is amended by adding a new subsection (9) to read as follows: �9� If the licensee advertises for business within the Citv of Saint Paul. all advertisements shall include a reference to licensee' s Citv of Saint Paul license number.
