January 25, 1980 Files,.-�1808� G,S; 18084; 18085 Page The Council of the City of St. Paul will hold a public hearing in the Council Chambers of the City Hall and Court House (third floor) at 10:00 A.M. on February 12, 1980 on the advisability of proceeding with the following City project: Grading and paving and constructing concrete curb and gutter in Gorman Avenue from the proposed cul-de-sac south of Sidney Street to Sidney Street. ALSO Condemning and taking an easement in the land necessary for the slopes, cuts and fills, including right of removal of lateral support from subject land or remainder thereof, occasioned bq excavations thereof or constiruction of slopes in grading and paving Gorman Avenue from the proposed cul-de-sac south of Sidney Street to Sidney Street. , ALSO � Constructing a sanitary sewer and sewer service connections in Gorman Avenue from the proposed cul-de-sac south of Sidney Street to Sidney Street. ALSO Znstalling a public water main and water service connections in Gorman Avenue from the proposed cul-de-sac south of Sidney Street to Sidney Street. If you would like to know more about this improvement, you can telephone 298-5311 for construction information (Public Works) ; 298-4122 for water main installation informa- tion (Water Department); or 298-5241 for assessment information (Department of Finance and Management Services). � In addition, the City Technical Advisors will be available to meet with you and dis- cuss this proposed improvement in Room 286 City Hall from 9:30 to 10:00 A.M. the same day as the hearing. While the City Charter requires that we notify you of the hearing, we want to help you to learn fully about any improvement that could affect you or your co�nunity.
