RESOLVED, that upon execution and delivery of a release
in full to the City of Saint Paul, the proper City officers
are hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort
Liability Fund 09070-511-424, to: Scott D. Gohr and his attorney,
David G. Martin, the sum of $3,250.00 in full settlement of
their claim for dama.ges and injuries sustained August 27, 1977 ,
as a result of an incident arising out of an arrest by St. Paul
police officers.
