to the City, in a form to be approved by the City Attorney, the
proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to pay
out of the Tort Liability Fund 09070-511-000 , to:
1. Margaret Casey the sum of $124 .88 in full settlement of her
claim of damages sustained on or about July, 1979 , as more
particularly set out in a communication to the City Council
on October 11, 1979 .

CLAIM AGAINST CITY OF SAINT PAUL
BY MARGARET CASEY
Claimant, Margaret Casey, requests reimbursement for medical
expenses incurred as a result of a fall on City sidewalk in
July of 1979 . This office approves the settlement of Ms. Casey's
claim in the amount of $124 .88 .
