Wf�REAS,the City of Sa3.nt Paul owns certain lands between Arlington and
Cottage Averiues and Westminster and Edgemont Streets; anci
Wf�REAS, Hera�3.one M. Schmidt and El.izabeth L. 5chmidt have requeated
permission to lease a portion of said City owned land described as
follows, to wit:
That part of east 152.25 feet of Lot 2, J. M. Warners
S,ots west of a line drawn between a point on the north
line of said Lot 2 a distance of g0 £eet f`rom the

aouth line of said Lot 2 a distance of 60 feet fra�

therefore be it

into an agreement for a fcyur yeax period with Hermoine M. 3chmidt and

per annum. The agreement shauld also provide that the Lessee's furn3sh
a liability insurance contract in which the City of Saint Paul is also
named as insured, the limits of which axe to be no lees than the general
