He was found guilty of failing to yield to an emergency vehicle. Extensive damage was done to Engine #5 in the accident which caused "R to be taken out of service in order to be repaired. William McGrann has insurance that will cover the cost of repairs to Engine #5. ADVANTAGESIFAPPROVED The Department of Fire and Safety Services will be able to repair Engine #5 with the money received from William McGrann's insurance company and will be able to put the engine back in service.
