PAUL �5��6 DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE AND MANAGEMENT SERVICES ASSESSMENT DIVISION ' 21'$ CITY HALL ST.►AUL,MINNESOTA 55102 August 15, 1980 File 18152 Page The Council of the City of St. Paul will hold a public hearing in the Council Chambers of the City Iiall and Court Aouse (third floor) at 10:00 A.M. on September 2, 1980 , about the advisability of proceeding with $oard�of Water Commissioners Resolution No. 3015 , approved June 25, 1980 , which proposes to: Install a public water main in CAMBRIDGE AVENUE fran 250 feet South of Sum�nit Avenue to 330 feet South of Summit Avenue. � The total estimated cost is $ 2,950.00 and will be financed as follows: Property Assessment S 1,320.00 Water Utility Aid � TOTAL ESTIMATED COST 2,950.00 The property assessment funding is based on estimated assessment rates per assessable foot as follows: One and ltao Family and Townhouse S a.00 per assessable foot Multiple Family, Business, Industry and Special $ ll,pp per assessable foot Those parcels of land with frontage on a temporary water main and not desiring a water service connection, when the temporary main is replaced, shall be excepted from tk�e levy of the assessment� upon a specific request� of� the owmer of the land. No future water connection shall be granted the sub�ect parcel of land without the payment of an amount equal to the above indicated assessment rate, as levied at the time that the permanent main was installed. Requests for Deferment of this assessment shall be directed to the Department of Finance and Management Services by calling 298-4730.
