KNOLLMAIER Claimant, Crosstown Refrigeration, requests reimbursement for damages to one of its vehicles which was involved in an automobile accident with a City of Saint Paul, Department of Police, vehicle on May 29 , 1980 . The Police vehicle was being driven by George A. Pickar. Farmers Insurance Group is the insurance carrier for Crosstown Refrigeration and made payment to its insured as a re- sult of this accident. This office approves the settlement of their claim of damages in the amount of $745 .76 . Claimant, John F. Knollmaier, requests reimbursement for damages to his house which occurred when a rock was thrown by a lawn mower being used by a City of Saint Paul, Department of Community Services , employee. The incident occurred June 18 , 1980 . The rock, about three inches in diameter, went through a window and did damage to the inside of the house.
