Opening, widening and extending VIRGINIA STREET by condemning
and taking a permanent street easement over the following:
All that part of Lots 2 and 3, Cottage Homes Addition lying within the arc of a
circle hav�irig a 40-foot radius; the center of said circle lying 7 feet west of
the east line of said Lot 3 and 244 feet south of the north line of Lot 3, Cot-
tage Homes Addition.
Also except the above described circle. All that part of Lot 2, Cottage Homes
Addition lying within the following described line: Beginning on the north line
of Cottage Avenue as opened and 33 feet easterly of the west line of said Lot 2;
thence northerly and parallel to the east line of said Lot 2 a distance of 90.37
feet; thence northwesterly to a point 7 feet east of the west line of said Lot 2
and 185.37 feet north of the north line of Cottage Avenue as opened; thence
northerly and parallel to the east line of said Lot 2 to a point 350 feet north
of the north line of Cottage Avenue as opened; thence west 7 feet to the west
line of said Lot 2; thence south along the west line of said Lot 2 to the north
line of Cottage Avenue as opened; thence east to the point of beginning.
Also except the above described circle. All that part of Lot 3, Cottage Homes
lying within the following describad line.�, Beginning on the north line of Cot-
tage Avenue as opened and 7 feet westerly of the east line of said Lot 3; thence
north a distance of 85 feet; thence northwesterly to a point 33 feet west of the
east line of said Lot 3 and 180 feet north of the north line of Cottage Avenue as
opened; thence northerly and parallel to the east line of said Lot 3 to a point
350 feet north 'of the north line of Cottage Avenue as opened; thence east 33 feet
to the east line of said Lot 3; thence south along the east line of said Lot 3 to .
the north line of Cottage Avenue as opened; thence west to the point of beginning.

Also, taki.ng a permanent easement for slopes, cuts and fill�,
including right of removal of lateral support from sub�ect
land or remainder thereof, occasioned by excavations thereof
or construction of slopes in the grading of VIRGINIA STREET,
said slopes to conform to Slope Drawing No. 2185, filed in
Slope Drawer �2 in the Department of Public Works.
Also, taking a temporary construction easement on, over, and
across lands as shown on S1ope Drawing No. 2185, filed in
Slope Drawer 4�2 in the Department of Public Works.
