WHEREAS, On Apri ) 22, 1980, the Saint Paul City Council approved the
final order for improving JOHNSON PARKIdAY fran Burns Avenue to
Minnehaha Avenue; and
WHEREAS, Current City procedures provide for parking bans to be
implemented through a Traffic Coordinating Unit (TCU) ; and
WHEREAS, Current Department of Transportation procedures require
a Council Resolution approvi�g such parking bans.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That parking be banned on both sides
of JOHNSON PARKWAY from Burns Avenue to Minnehaha Avenue.
