Cty Atty/SDM CO�n i e o t ' n Presented By Referred To Committee: Date Out of Committee By Date RE50LUTION APPROVING QUIT CLAIM DEED TO WEST SEVENTH STREET LEASED HOUSING ASSOCIATES, A LIMITED PARTNERSHIP WHEREAS, the City acquired an interest in the West 1/2 of Lot 4, Block 8 , Winslow's Addition to Saint Paul, under a condemnation final order adopted April 9, 1963 and recorded October 31, 1963 as Document No. 1602566; and WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul then obtained fee title and a new certificate of title to the property on December 5, 1963; and WHEREAS, the City quit claimed its entire interest in the property to the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Saint �aul, Minnesota, who then sold the property to West Seventh Street Leased Housing Associates; and WHEREAS, the Registrar of Titles has continued to carry forth the City's interest acquired under the condemnation order even though said interest should have been merged into the fee in 1963; and WHEREAS, West Seventh Street Leased Housing Associates is now requesting the City to quit claim its condemnation interest in said property in order to clear the title to said property.
