The cx�mers of th� abave described building shall make the same safe and not detrimental to the public peace, health, safety and welfare by having the said builcling razed and the mat�xials therefrcan removed frcm the preqnises within thirty (30) days frc�n the dat�e of the servioe of this Orcler: 2. Unless such corrective action is taken to ca�ly with this Order or an answer served upon the City of Saint Paul and filed in the office of the Clerk of the District Court of Ramsey County, Minnesota within twenty (20) day� frcan the date of the servioe of this Order, a Motion for s�um�ary enfor�nt of this Order to raze and remr�ve the said building will be made to the Ramsey County District Court; 3. In the event that the building is to be razed. by the City of Saint Paul pursuant to j.ulc�r�nt of the District Court, all personal property or fixtures of any kind which may unreasonably interfere with the razing and resn�val of this build- ing shall be removed within t�en (10) days frcgn the entry of judc�nexit; and if not so removed, the City of Saint Paul shall rearove and dispose of such personal property and fixtures as provided by law; 4. The owner of record is Geraldine McCarty, 761 �uller Avenue, St. Paul, I��i 55104. The legal description of the property is Lot 17, Block 3, Butterfield Syndicate Addition No. 1, parcel code 12-16600-170-03. The building is a garage. The subject property has not been boarded up the owner or the City. This building is badly dilapitated. The roof is sagging and the windows and doors are missing. Inasmuch as the conditions outlined above constitute a public hazard and the owner has made no attempt to satisfactorily repair the damage despite our warnings, and the continued vacant and boarded u� condition contributes a blig�ting influence on the neighborhood, it is the recommendation of this Division tha.t this matter be referred to the City Attorney's office for razing and rerr�val through District Court proceedings.
