THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1.
That the following chapters and sections of the Saint
Paul Legislative Gode be and the same hereby are repealed:

Section 2.
That the following Appendices to the Saint Paul Legislative
Code are hereby repealed: Appendiaes A, B, C, D, E, F and H
following Chapter 13 of said Gode; Appendices I, J, and K,
following Chapter 24 of said Code; and Appendices L and N,
following Chapter 4'7 of said Code.
Section 3.
This ordinance shall take effect and be in force 30
days from and after its passage, approval and publication.

For the past five years , at least , the City Attorneys
Office has been working on an ordinance to purge those
sections of the St. Paul Code that have been superseded
by the State Building Code. It is finally ready for
introduction to the council.
Your review and forwarding to the City Council is requested.

Here is the ordinance to repeal obsolete chapters and ,
sections of Legislative Code pertaining to building
construction, together t�ith a ��green sheet�� describing
the ordinance. •
Since this deals strictly with your department, it should
probably be submitted to the mayor from your department.
The section on street encroachments will be retained insofar
as the bond is concerned and added to C. 25.
