to the City, in a form to be approved by the City Attorney, the
proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to pay
out of the Tort Liability Fund 09070-511-000, to:
l. Carol J. Wentz the sum of $163.16 in full settlement of her
claim of damages sustai.ned on or about June 10, 1980, as more
particularly set out in a communa,cation to the City Council
on July 1, 1980 .
2 . Inez Seidenkranz the sum of $16 .50 in full settlement of her
claim of damages sustained on or about June 12, 1980, as more
particularly set out in a communication to the City Council
on June 26, 1980 .

CLAIMS AGAINST CITY OF SAINT PAUL
BY CAROL J. WENTZ AND INEZ SEIDENKRANZ
Claimant, Carol J. Wentz , requests reimbursement for damages to
her automobile windshield which was damaged when a tree branch
fell from a truck being used by the City of Saint Paul, Department
of Community Services, tree trimming crew on June 10 , 1980 . This
office approves the settlement of Mr. Wentz ' claim in the amount
of $163.16 .
Claimant Inez Seidenkranz, requests reimbursement for the cost
of removin_q tar from her automobile. The automobile was splattered
with tar when Ms. Seidenkranz drove on a freshly tarred street.
The street had been sanded but because of heavy rain, the sand
had washed off. This incident occurred on June 12, 1980 . The
street was resanded on June 13, 1980 . This office approves the
settlement of Ms . Seidenkranz ' claim in the amount of $16 . 50.
