4�1HEREAS, the Council of the City of Saint Paul by Council R�solutian
C.F.275383 adapted July 31, 1980 did conditionally vacate the follawing described
public street:
All that part of Sims Avenwe that lies East of the East right-of�aay
lin�e of Hazel Street and West of the West right-of-way line of Algonquin
Avenue, betw�xz Blocks 10 and 11, Beaver Lake Heights
arid
WI�REAS, Chapter 228 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code provicles that the
vaca.tian shall becane null and v�id �.less the petitioner ca�lies with the terms
and aonditions imposed. in the vacation resolution or unless the petitiorber re-
quests and is granted a 30 day extension of time for ccxYrpliance; and
Wf�S, Joseph H. Tucci by letter da.tEd. August 21, 1980, did request an
extension of time to allaa the affected property awners to cxenply with t,l�e
terms and c�onditions of the vacation resolution;
NOW TI�ORE BE IT RESOLVID that the time period. for c�liancE with the
t�ern�s and conditions of Council Resolution C.F. 275383 is hereby extended. for
thirty days and petitianers therein ha.ve until November� �. 1980 to cc�q�ly with
the said terms and oonditions.
