An administrative Resolution establishing compensation
rates for certain City positions and employments.
RESOLVED, that the Salary Plan and Rates of Compensation Resolution
be amended in Section I by adding at the end of Section I C the following:
"The 1980 salary range for Grade 39 in the �Professional-Administrative
Supervisors Group�, shall be as shown below:

We recommend your approval and submission of this Resolution to the City Council.
PURPOSE AND RATIONALE FOR THIS ACTION:
This resolution establishes the bi-weekly salary rates for Grade 39 in the
Professional-Administrative Supervisors Group. These rates are based on
the salary increases as per the collective bargaini.ng agreement.
