WHEREAS, A� Ordinance, C.F. No. 27588g , granting per-
mission to G. Heileman Brewi�g Company, (ncorporated, 882 West
Seventh Street, Saint Paul , Minnesota to construct, operate and
maintain a railroad track across James Avenue located at approx-
imately E�ie Street, has been prepared and introduced to the
Council of the City of Saint Paul , and will be adopted on
, to be effective eventually on ;
now therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That pending the said Ordinance becoming effective, the
Director of the Department of Pubtic Works is hereby authorized
and dtrected to issue a permit to G. Heileman Brewing Company,
incorporated, 882 West Seventh Street, Saint Paul , Minnesota for
the construction, operation and maintenance of said railroad track
across James Avenue subJect to the same conditions and require-
ments as set out in an Ordinance, C.F. No. 27588g , pend-
ing before the Council of the City of Saint Paul , informal approval
of the said construction, operation, and maintenance being hereby
given in anticipation of the final adoption and approval of said
Ordinance.
