The total estimated cost is $ 8,640.00 and will be financed as follows: Property Assessment $ 4,064.00 Water Utility Aid � 4 576.00 TOTAL ESTIMATED COST 8,640.00 The property assessment funding is based on estimated assessment rates per assessable foot as follows: One and Ttao Family and Townhouse $ 10.00 per assessable foot Multiple Family, Business, Industry and Special $ per assessable foot Those parcels of land with frontage on a temporary water main and not desiring a water service connection, when the temporary main is replaced, shall be excepted from the � levy of the assessment �on a specific request� of the owmer of the land. No future ; water connection shall be granted the subject parcel of land without the payment of an i amount equal to the above indicated assessment rate, as levied at the time that the � permanent main was installed. !
