WHEREAS, on December 1, 1999, the Council of the City of Saint Paul, by Council Pile Number 99-1158, approved the petifion
of the Ciry of Saint Paul, as documented in the Depanment of Technology and Management File Number 15-1999, to vacate and
disconunue as public property described as follows:
That pazt of the North Half of West Cottage Avenue, former]y ]rnown as Cottage Street as dedicated in Cottage Homes, Ramsey
County, Minnesota according to the plat on file and of record in the office of the County Recorder, which lies westerly of a circle
having a SQ.�� foot radius, whose center is described as being on the northerly extension of the west line of Lat 19> said Cottage
Homes and distant 30.00 feet north from the south line of said West Cottage Avenue and eastedy of northerly extension of the
west line of Lot 18, said Cottage Homes; and,
WHEREAS, the above mentioned legal description was incorrect,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that Council File Number 99-1158 is hereby amended to vacate and discontinue as public
property described as follows:

This vacation was petitioned by the City of St. Paul to facilitate the previously approved land exchanges
with adjoining property owner James Schumacher.
It has to be amended because the legal description is incorrect.

Nothing new on Wilder. It think its going slow for Wilder because one of the 3 remaining property owners
will not sign and the other 2 have unlisted numbers. The mail goes slow this time of year.

1 BE IT RESOLVED, that, upon the petition of City of Saint Paul, as documented in Technology and
2 Management Services Department File Number 15-1999, public properties hereinafter described are hereby
3 vacated and discontinued as public property: and, subject to the herein stated excepuons, the easements within
4 those public properties are hereby released.

Vacation 15 was approved on December 1, 1999 with Council file # 99-1158
This vacation was petitioned by the City of St. Paul to facilitate the previously approved land exchanges
with adjoining property owner James Schumacher.
It has to be amended because the legal description is incorrect.

Nothing new on Wilder. It think its going slow for Wilder because one of the 3 remaining property owners
will not sign and the other 2 have unlisted numbers. The mail goes slow this time of year.
