Regnier, as special counsel representing the City of Saint Paul and Police Officers Michael 6 Bratsch and Gerazd Bohlig in the matter of Patricia Crumlev. Plaintiff vs. City of Saint Paul and 7 Police Officers Michael Bratsch and Gerard Bohlip. Defendants; and be it 9 FURTHER RESOLVED, that the compensation to be paid for the services of said special 10 counsel shall be in accordance with the City Attorney Fee Policy established for the appointment ll of such special counsel now and in the future, and the total £ees to be paid to said special counsel 12 shall be in accord with such policy, will not exceed $122.00 per hour, sha11 be reasonable and 13 shall take into account the factors listed in Rule 1.5 of the rules of Professional Conduct.
