Mr. President and Honorable Members:
Robert Jack, Inc. and EM-TY Corporation request that the On Sale
Liquor License, Sunday, Entertainment, Class C2-Restaurant and
Off Sale Malt (3.2) licenses presently issued to Robert Jack, Inc.
at 196�+ University Avenue be transferred to EM-TY Corporation at the
same address.
The officers of EM-TY Corporation are, Daniel R. Vaughn, President,
David D. Anderson, Vice President-Secretary, Michael C. Berg, Vice Pres-
ident, John A. Ritt, Treasurer. The stockholders are Daniel R. Vaughn,
David D. Anderson, Michael C. Berg, John A. Ritt, Paul Zeltins and
Cyril E. Sheehy. The business will be managed by John Lefeber and it
will continue to be run as Mr. Joe's Supper Club.
This application has been reviewed by the License and Permit
Division and the City Attorney's office. The recommendation is for
approval.
