Mr. President and Honorable Members:
G & T, Inc. and Mallet, Inc. request that the On Sale Liquor License,
Sunday, Class C2-Restaurant, Entertainment, Off Sale Malt (3.2) and
Cigarette licenses presently issued to G & T, Inc. at 738 University
Ave. be transferred to Mallet, Inc. at the same address.
The stockholders and officers of Mallet, Inc. are, Robert A. Mallet,
President and Florence L. Mallet, Vice President. They will operate
this business personally and it will continue to be run as the
Badger Lounge.
This application has been reviewed by the License and Permit Division
and the City Attorney's office. The recommendation is for approval.
