CLAIM AGAINST CITY OF SAINT PAUL
BY JOHN T. FITZENBERGER
Claimant, John T. Fitzenberger, requests reimbursement for towing
and storage charges which were incurred when his automobile was
towed from private property near Battle Creek Park. Evidentally,
a Parks employed felt Mr. Fitzenberger's automobile was parked on
Park property when it actually was on private property at 85 Battle
Creek Road. This office approves the settlement of Mr. Fitzenberger' s
claim in the amount of $95 .00 .
