her claim of damages sustained on or about May 3, 1980, as
more particularly set out in the Notice of Claim fa.led in
the City Clerk' s office on May 15, 1980 .
2 . Larry Babiracki the sum of $46 .40 in full settlement of his
claim of damages sustained on or about June 1, 1980, as more
particularly set out in the Notice of C1aim f9.1ed a.n the City
Clerk 's office on June 30 , 1980 .

CLAIMS AGAINST CITY OF SAINT PAUL
BY MARGARET J. AUSTIN AND LARRY BABIRACKI
Claimant, Margaret J. Austin, requests reimbursement for medical
bills and loss of wages incurred as a result of a sidewalk fall-
down on May 3, 1980 , in front of 1943-1949 Princeton, Saint Paul.
This office approves the settlement of Ms. Autsin's claim in the
amount of $864 .00 .
Claimant, Larry Babiracki, requests reimbursement for damages to
his automobile which were incurred when a NAO officer hit his
car �aith his fist on June 1, 1980, near the intersection of
Wheeler and Lincoln in Saint Paul. A letter has been sent to
th.e supervisor of the NAO officers advising him of the incident.
This office approves the settlement of Mr. Babiracki 's claim in
the amount of $46 .40.
