particularly set out in the Notice of Claim filed in the City

CLAIMS AGAINST CITY OF SAINT PAUL
BY GAIL STRAIN AND RICHARD H. TESTA
Claimant, Gail Strain, requests reimbursement for the expense
incurred in removing tar from her automobile. She was parked
on Hamline, which was posted for oiling on June 17 , 1980 . The
City of Saint Paul, Department of Public Works, crew had oil
left in their truck on June 16 , 1980, and oiled part of Hamline
on that day, one day before the �osted oiling date. This office
a�proves the payment of P�Is . Strain's claim in the amount of $13.00 .
Claimant, Richard H. Testa, requests reimbursement for damages
to his lilac hedge which was trimmed by a City of Saint Paul,
Department of Public Works, crew on July 27, 1980 . The crew is
supposed to trim hedges even with alley way. This crew trimmed
three feet beyond alley. This office approves the settlement of
Mr. Testa' s claim in the amount of $175 .00 .
