M E M O R A N D U M
CLAIMS AGAINST CITY OF SAINT PAUL
BY MRS . KATHY BECKMAN, NETL SVENDSEN,
APdD ROBERT J. ZASADA
Claimant, Mrs. Kathy Beckman, requests reimbursement for medical
bills sustained when her minor son, Paul Beckman, was injured at
Saint Paul Como Zoa. One of the park benches was bein_q rex�aired
and the wooden slats were taken off the cement legs. One of these
legs fell over pinning Paul Beckman under it. This office approves
the settlement of Mrs. Beckman' s claim in the amount of $33 .00 .
Claimant, Neil Svendsen, was involved in an automobile accident
with a City of Saint Paul, Department of Community Services,
vehicle on August 7, 1980. The driver of the City vehicle is
unknown. Mr. Svendsen' s vehicle was parked and the City driver
did not stop. Expenses are for the repair of the damages vehicle.
This office approves the settlement of Mr. Svendsen's claim in
the amount of $61.43.
Claimant, Robert J. 7asada, �vas involved in an automobile accident
with a City of Saint Paul, Department of Fire and Safety Services ,
vehicle on July 8 , 1980. The driver of the Citv vehicle caas
D. Cunningham. Expenses are for the repair of the damaged vehicle.
This office approves the settlement of Mr. Zasada' s claim in the
amount of $125. 30.
