RE: Claim against City of Saint Paul
Thomas Joseph Szalapski
Claimant Thoma.s J. Szalapski requests damages for bodily injuries
sustained on August 21, 1979, in an accident involving a City
trash hauler and an MTC bus on which he was a passenger.
This office approves settlement of this claim in the amount of
$15,000.00.
