the Council of the City of Saint Paul hereby ratifies
and confirms the appointment, by the Mayor, naming
Roger F. Noreen as a member of the Saint Paul Civic
Center Authority, to fill the unexpired term of
Roy Erickson. This term expires on July 1, 1983.
