RESOLVED, that upon application of Robert J. Ellis on
behalf of the Public Housing Agency of the City of Saint Paul,
and upon recommendation of the Department of Taxation, Ramsey
County, ' the City Council does hereby approve the abatement of
1979 taxes payable 1980 and special assessments against the
real property described in Application for Relief, Abatement
No. 98064 .
RESOLVED FURTHER, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized
and directed to transmit a copy of this resolution to the
Department of Taxation, Ramsey County.
