WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Council File # 99-830 dated August 25, 1999, said resolution
being the Ratification of Assessments for sidewalk reconstruction as identified as Technology &
Management File No. 98WALKS 1 and Assessment No. 0492.
WHEREAS, the property at 1527 Osceola Avenue being legally described as:
J. N. Rogers Addition
West 44 feet of East 88 feet
of Lots 26, 27 & 28, Block 5

with the property description number of 03-28-23-33-0161 was assessed the amount of $42534
WHEREAS, the sidewalk inspector discovered that 1527 Osceola Avenue was charged for work that
should not have been charged, said assessment should be reduced to $336.60.
NOW, TFIEREFORE, SE IT RESOLVED, that the assessment of $42534 be reduced to $336.60.
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the proper City officials are authorized to request the necessary changes
be made to the property owner s 2000 property taxes.
