The total estimated cost is $ 2,400.00 and will be financed as follows• Property Assessment $ 810.0� Water Utility Aid � 1,590.00 TOTAL ESTIMATED COST 2,40 . , The property assessment funding is based on estimated assessment rates per assessable foot as follows: � One and T�ao Familq and Townhouse $ 9.00 per assessable foot Multiple Family, Business, Industry and Special $ per assessable foot Those parcels of land with frontage on a temporary water main and not desiring a water service connection, when the temporary main is replaced, shall be excepted from the levy of the assessment �on a specific request� of the owmer of the land. No future water connection shall be granted the sub�ect parcel of land without the payment of an amount equal to the above indicated assessment rate, as levied at the time that the permanent main was installed.
