WHEREAS, pursuant to authorization by law and upon
advice of the Council, the Mayor has reappointed Marvin York
to serve as a member of the Civil Service Advisory Reference
Committee, said term to expire on July 15, 1983; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to authorization by law and
upon advice of the Council, the Mayor has appointed
Jean E. Bergal, Saint Paul, MN to serve as a member of
the Civil Service Advisory Reference Committee, said term
to expire on July 15, 1983; and Catherine Griesgraber,
Saint Paul, PilN to fill the unexpired term of Lori Danage-Scott
such term to expire on July l5, 1982; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that said reappointment and appointments
are hereby concurred in and in all respects approved and
ratified.

SUBJECT: Appointments to Civil Service Advisory
Reference Committee
I am submitting for your consideration
and approval a resolution naming Marvin York,
Jean Bergal and Catherine Griesgraber to serve
on the Civil Service Advisory Reference Committee.
York is being reappointed to a term to expire on
July 15, 1983; Bergal is being appointed to a term
to expire on July 15, 1983; and Griesgraber is
being appointed to fill the unexpired term of
Loria Danage-Scott, such term to expire on
July 15, 1982. .
Applications for Bergal and Griesgraber are
attached.
