strip in said ,�—� section, said strip being bounded on the North by the
South line of McLean Avenue, on the South and FA.st by Su3�urban Hills
and on the West by Kings Additon, and also tha.t pa.rt of Lots 8 ana 9,
Block 30, Suburban Hills, all lying within the arc of a circle ha.ving
a radius of 50 feet and with its center located 20 feet south of the
North line of Lot 8, Block 30, Suburban Hills and 555 feet more-or-less
Ea.st of the center line of (Hester) Frank Street and also a11 tha.t pe.rt
of the South 30 feet of said 60 foot strip lying 1Vorthwesterly of above .
described circle.
Also, except the above described circle and except the West 80 feet of
the North 1 66.5 feet of Lot 11, and except the East 40 feet of the North
163 feet of Lot 12, the North 30 feet of Lots 9, 10, 11, 12 and Lot 13,

Also condemning and�taking an easement in the ]�and necessary for the slopes, cuts
and fills, including the right of removal of lateral support f�om subject land
or rema.inder thereof, occasioned by �accava.tions thereof or construction of slopes
in the grading and paving of Suburba.n Avenue f�om Frank Street to appraximately
600 feet East.
The Council of the City of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and
having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof
is $ -- .
2. That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 14th day of
OetOber� 19� , at 10:00 o'clock a.m., in the Council Chambers of the
City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the
time and place of hearing,the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
