Sandra L. Fischer the sum of $38 .00 in full settlement of her claim of damages sustained on or about July 30, 1980, as more particularly set out in a communication to the City Council on August 12, 1980 . 3. Robert J. Vigliaturo the sum of $100 .00 in full settlement of his claim of� damages sustained on or about November 19 , 1979, as more particularly set out in a communication to the City Council on December 4 , 1979. SNYDER, SANDRA L. FISCHER, � AND ROBERT J. VIGLIATURO Claimant, William A. Snyder, was involved in an automobile acci- dent with a City of Saint Paul, Department of Police, vehicle on December 17 , 1979 . The Police vehicle was being driven by Glen T. Roeder. The accident occurred at 1720 East 7th Street. Expenses are for the repair of the damaged vehicle. This office approves the settlement of Mr. Snyder' s claim in the amount of $172 .50 . Claimant, Sandra L. Fischer, requests reimbursement for replacement of a pair of designer jeans which were damaged when she was bitten by a City of Saint Paul , Department of Police, dog on July 30, 1980, near Rice and Maryland, during the confrontation with the Police Department at the Rice Street Parade. This office approves the settlement of Ms . Fischer' s claim in the amount of $38 .00 . Claimant, Robert J. Vigliaturo, requests reimbursement of moneys paid to the City of Saint Paul when he purchased some surplus fire alarm equipment from the Department of Finance and Manage- ment Services, Purchasing Division on November 19, 1979 . When Mr. Vigliaturo went to T�1C){ up the equipment some of it was missing.
