PAUL � DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE AND MANAGEMENT SERVICES _ ASSESSMENT DIVISION 21$ CITY HALL ST.PAUL,MINNESOTA 55102 ���•� September 12, 1980 � , File S 10457 page A public hearing will be held at 10:00 A.M. on September 30, 1980 in the Council Chambers of the City Hall and Court House (third floor) at which the City of St. Paul proposes to assesa the benefits arising from the construction or reconstruction of sidewalks on the North side of SIDNEY STREET from Livingston Avenue to Humboldt Avenue and all work incidental thereto. which work was completed under Humboldt District 3, Project 77-P-0739, Contract L-8094. The total cost of the various sidewalks included in this levy is $1,741.50 and it is proposed that each of the following lots or parcels be assessed as follows: � Lot Block Addition Assessment , You are invited to meet with the technical advisors in Room 218 City Hall between 9:30 and 10:00 A.M. the same day as the hearing for more detailed information. You may also telephone 298-5241 (Finance and Management Services) for assessment informatioa or 298-4255 (Public Works) for construction information. If you have any questions, it is reco�ended that you attend this public hearing to afford you the opportunity to make your views, both pro and con, known to the City Council. To comply with the City Charter, the Department of Finance and Management Services is charged with inEorming you of this public hearing. THIS IS NOT A BILL.
