The City Clerk is hereby 5 directed to publish notice of said hearing, the publication of which is to be had at least seven 6(7) days before the public hearing in a newspaper of general circulation; and 8 Be it FCTRTHER RESOLVED, that in accordance with Section 81.04 (as ammended by 9 Ordinance No. 17359, approved 7une 3, 1986) dealing with the determination of the Storm 10 Sewer System Chazge rates, the Council does hereby set a public hearing on the proposed ll Storm Sewer System Charge for the year 2001 on November 8, 2000 at 5:30 p.m. in the 12 Council Chambers. The City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of said hearing, the 13 pubiication of which is to be had at least ten (10) days before the public hearing in a 14 newspaper of general circulation.
