2 WHEREAS, Cinequipt Inc. would like to donate 200 T-30 blank video tapes valned at 5175 to the
3 Saint Paul Police Department's Intemet Crimes Against Children grant task force; and

5 WHEREAS, the blank video tapes will be used to duplicate a cyber safety video that will be available
6 to parents free of charge through Video Update stores and ►ibraries; aud

S WI3EREAS, the Saint Paul Police Department wishes to accept this donation of video tapes which will
9 be used to duplicate a cyber safety video that provides internet safety tips for parents of children who use the
10 internet; and

12 THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Saint Paul accepts this donation and eatends its
