M E M O R A N D U M
Claims against City of Saint Paul
by Edward W. Bahr and Shannon LeClair
Claimant, Edward W. Bahr, rec�uests reimbursement for the charges
to open a sewer which is connected to his house. In checking
with the Department of Puhlic Works ' Sewer Engineer, the contractor
who built Mr. Bahr's house was qiven permission by the City to
connect directly with a manhole instead of the standpipe, rahich
could not be located. This office approves the settlement of
Mr. Bahr's claim in the amount of $112 .50.
Claimant, Shannon LeClair, was involved in an automobile accident
with a City of Saint Paul, Department of Public G�orks, vehicle
driven by Mathew F. Remackel, Jr. The accident took place on
June 9 , 1980. Expenses are for the repair of the damaged vehicle.
This office approves the settlement of Ms. LeClair's claim in the
amount of $406 .99.
