Baker Street File #3629 Honorable Co�cil: The Division of Hous,ing and Building Code Enforcement is hereby submitting its report on the condition of the structure at the location referred to above. The owner of record is the fee owner, Peter H, l�ntez, 240 E. Baker Street, St. Paul, D�1 55107. The legal description of the property is: Ex Alley, Lot 1, Block 9, Woodbury and Cases Addition, parcel code 06-84500-010-09. The building is a two story dwelling o� wood frame construction. The subject property has been boarded by the City since February, 1980. This building had a fire in �anua.ry, 1980 which severly damaged the structure, It has been boarded and repeatedly vandalized and reboarded. On Ji.me 24, 1980 there was a second fire which further damaged the structure. Ina.smuch as the conditions outlined above constitute a public hazard and the owner has made no attempt to satisfactorily repair the damage dsspite our warnings, and the continued vaca.nt and boarded up condition contributes a blighting influence on the neighborhood, it is the reccamnendation of this Division that t}his matter be referred to the City Atrorney's office for razing and removal through District Court procee 'ngs.
