RESOLVED, That the proper City officers are hereby authorized to issue to
Arline Heckenlaible, Hosmer, South Dakota a registered bond in exchange for
the following:
Water Works Bonds, Series No. 2 dated February l, 1959,
3.20%, maturing February 1, 1988:
Registered Bond No. 83 issued in lieu of coupon bearer
bonds numbered 33543 to 33547 inclusive.
The Department of Finance and Management Services is authorized to pay
current interest on such registered bond by check.
