RESOLVED, T hat the proper city officers are hereby authorized to issue to
Stanhope E. Blunt Jr, of Edina, Minnesota a registered bond in exchange for
the following:
General Improvement Bonds, Series No. 7 dated February 1, 1959,
3.20%, due February 1, 1988:
Registered Bond No. 82 issued in lieu of coupon bearer bonds
numbered 30402 to 30411 inclusive.
The Department of Finance and Management Services is authorized to pay current
interest on such registered bond by check.
