RESOLVED, That the proper City officers are hereby authorized to issue to
Mildred Daunt Haglin and Charles S. Bellows, Trustees u/w Preston S. Haglin,
Minneapolis, Minnesota, a registered bond in exchange for the following:
General Improvement Bonds, Series No. 7 dated February 1, 1959,
3.20%, due February 1, 1988:
Registered Bonds numbered 80 and 81 issued in lieu of coupon
bearer bonds numbered 30291 to 30300 inclusive, and 30351 to
30355 inclusive.
The Degartment of Finance and Management Services is authorized to pay
current interest on such ��.�stered bond by check.
