with 2 - 4 years of experience 22. 00 an hour
with over 4 years of experience 25. 00 an hour " ; �

FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Salary Plan and Rates of Compensation
Resolution be amended further by striking out of Section II B under the
heading "Special Employments" the following:
"Medical Examiner (Cli.nics only) $60. 00 per clinic session" .

We recommend your approval and submission of this Resolution to the City Council.
PURPOSE AND RATIONAi,E FOR THIS ACTION:
This Resolution establishes in Section II B �Special Employments) the
rate of pay for the new title of Cli.nic Physician which is being established
in the 5pecial Employment Section �3.M) of the Civil Service Rules.
It abolishes the rate of pay for Medical Examiner (Cli.nics Only) i.n the .--
same section.
The abolished rate of pay for Medical Examiner (Clinics Only) was
$60. 00 per clinic session. The rate of pay for the new title of Clinic
Physician is as follows:
"Clinic Physician
with 0 - 2 years of experience $20. 00 an hour
with 2 - 4 years of experience 22. 00 an hour
with over 4 years of experience 25. 00 an hour ".
