PAUL �� DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE AND MANAGEMENT SERVICES ASSESSMENT DIViS10N Z i H UTY HALL 5T.PAUL,MINNESOTA 55102 September 26, 1980 REHEARING File 18139 Page The Council of the City of St. Paul will hold a public hearing in the Council Chambers of the City Hall and Court House (third floor) at 10:00 A.M. on October 7, 1980 to reconsider the advisability of proceeding with the following city project: Construction of sanitary sewer in WILSON AVENUE from Jayne Street to approximately 190 feet east of Jayne Street. It is necessary that this hearing be held as the estimated rates per assessable foot on this project have increased substantially over the original estimates. The REVISED estima.ted cost of this project is $10,944.00 and is proposed to be financed as follows: Property Assessments $ 9,324.00 City Aid 1,620.00 Total $10,944.00 The REVISED estimated rate per assessable foot is $27.00. Sewer service connections will be assessed in addition to the above at actual cost per connection. If you would like detailed information concerning this project, please telephone 298-5421 for construction information or 298-5241 for assessment information. In addition, the City's technical advisors will be available from 9:30 to 10:00 A.M. the same day as the hearing in Room 218 City Hall to discuss this proposed improvement. While the City Charter requires that we notify you of this hearing, we want to help you to learn fully about any improvement that could affect you or your com- munity.
