RESOLVED, That upon execution and delivery of a release in full
to the City, in a form to be approved by the City Attorney, the
proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to pay
out of the Tort Liability Fund 09070-511-000 , to:
1. John Clausen the sum of $137 .76 in full settlement qf his
claim of damages sustained on or about September 22 , 1979 ,
as more particularly set out in a communication to the
City Council on October 16 , 1979 .

CLAIM AGAINST CITY OF SAINT PAUL
BY JOHN CLAUSEN
Claimant, John Clausen, was involved in an automobile accident
with a City of Saint Paul, Department of Police, vehicle on
September 22 , 1979 , at or near 1275 St. Clair Avenue, Saint Paul.
The Police Department vehicle was being driven by Alan E. Johnson.
Expenses are for the repair of Mr. Clausen's vehicle. This
office approves the settlement of Mr. Clausen's claim in the
amount of $137 .76 .
