hereby concur in the appointment made by the Mayor of William H.

INTERDEPARTMENTAL MEMORANDUM

and Members of the City Council

SUBJECT: An additional appointment to the
Capitol Area Architectural & Planning Board
Laws, 1980, Chapter 614, Section 47, amends MS 1978,
Section 15. 50 (Capitol Area Architectural and Planning _
Board) , Subd 1 -- "three members, one of whom shall be
a resident of the district planning council area containing
the capitol area, shall be appointed by the mayor of the
city of Saint Paul. "
In accordance with that amendment I am submitting for
your consideration and approval a resolution appointing
William H. Rupp, Jr. , 410 Sherburne Avenue, Saint Paul,
55103, as my third appointee to that conL,iissian. Mr. Rupg
is a resident of District 7. His term will expire on the
first Monday in January, 1983.
Mr. Rupp had applied for this position when there was a
term expiration the first Monday in January of this yea�_
