proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to pay
out of the Tort Liability k'und 09070-511-000 , to:
1. Kathleen A. Olson �he sum of $558 .57 in full settlement of
her claim of damages sustained on or about February 16 , 1980 ,
as more particularly set out in a communication to the City
Council on March 18 , 1980 .

M E M O R A N D U M
CLAIM AGAINST CITY �F SAINT PAUL
BY KATHLEEN A. OLSON
Claimant, Kathleen A. Olson, was involved in an automobile accident
on February 16 , 1980 , at or near Mendota and Sixth Street in
City of Saint Paul. According to Ms. Olson and �he driver of the
vehicle involved in the accident with Ms . Olson, a City of Saint Paul,
Department of Police, sc�uad ran a stop sign at the intersection
of Mendota and Sixth Street causing the accident. We have been
unable to identify the driver of the squad. Expenses are for the
repair of Ms . Olson's damaged vehicle. This office approves the
settlement of Ms . Olson's claim in the amount of $558 .57 .
