NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Coun ' of the City of Saint Paul authorize Public
Works to seek federal government funding from the U. . Department of Transportation for fuil or
partial funding for the remaining $3 million dollars ne ded to finance the project.
