WHEREAS, the City Council in Council Resolution #�274704 expressed
its support for the establishment of a McKnight Minneapolis Saint Paul
Family Housing Fund; and
WHEREAS, the first meeting of the first board of directors will
take place on May 28, 1980; and
WHEREAS, the proposed membership of the seventeen member board will
include seven representatives appointed from the City of Saint Paul including:
* The Mayor of Saint Paul
* The Chair of the Saint Paul Housing & Redevelopment Authority
* Two members of the Saint Paul City Council
* Two representatives of the Saint Paul business & financial community
* One citizen representing Saint Paul; therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, that the following names be submitted as the City
of Saint Paul' s representatives for the board of the McKnight Minneapolis
Saint Paul Family Housing Fund:

Councilmember-elect William Wilson
