RESOLVED, That the proper City officers are hereby authorized
to issue to Underwood, Neuhaus and Company, Inc., Houston, Texas,
registered bonds in exchange for the following:
General Improvement Bonds, Series No. 7, dated February 1, 1959,
3.20%, maturing February 1, 1988:
Registered bonds numbered 3421 to 3423 inclusive, issued in
lieu of coupon bearer bonds numbered 30291 to 30300;
30351 to 30355; 30402 to 30411, respectively; and
General Improvement Bonds, Series No. 7, dated February 1, 1959,
3.2070, maturing February 1, 1989:
Registered bonds numbered 3425 and 3426 issued in lieu of
coupon bearer bonds numbered 30535 to 30539, 30603,
30638 and 30639, 30668 and 30669; and 30670 to 30679
respectively.
The Department of Finance and Management Services is authorized to pay
current interest on such registered bonds by check.
